What are your rates, and what is included?

My opening rate is €500 (Euro) for a new original track, and payment is required in full upfront. This offer covers:

What is your rate for a song that is up to five minutes long?

My rate for a song up to 5 minutes long is €800 (Euro).

What is your rate per extra revision?

€100 (Euro), and paid upfront. Please be advised that revisions do not mean completely ditching the song and building something new from scratch. That’s why it is important to provide as many reference songs and descriptions as possible when you are placing an order.

Do you offer any bundle or bulk discounts if multiple tracks (or a certain total number of minutes) are commissioned together? Would it be more affordable to create remixes or variations of one original track and build the variations upon it, rather than composing entirely new tracks from scratch?

I do offer bundle options and remix/variation work for indies where budget might be a concern, so here are a couple of routes I offer:

As mentioned earlier, all options include commercial use within the game and related promotional material, plus one round of revisions per track. Full payment is required upfront before I begin work. These bundle prices apply with a minimum commitment of 4 tracks, regardless of the option chosen.

Which payment methods do you accept?

I use PayPal for all payments. If you are from the United States, United Kingdom, or any other country that doesn’t use euros, you might wonder how payment works. Many of my customers are from the U.S., and since I process payments through PayPal, you can send the payment in euros even if your PayPal account is in dollars. PayPal will automatically handle the currency conversion for you.

What are your estimated delivery times?

For example; for an order of six original tracks (including composition, recording, mixing, mastering, and final delivery), a reasonable estimate would be approximately 6–8 weeks. This can vary slightly depending on the feedback workflow we choose; some clients prefer a track-by-track review process (one song at a time with revisions before moving forward), while others prefer that all tracks are completed first and reviewed as a bundle. Either approach is perfectly fine and can be decided once we begin.

Do you provide an invoice at the time of payment that includes both a full name and mailing address? For legal compliance, I am required to report payments made to non-Canadian recipients/etc., and these two details are necessary for accurate reporting.

Yes, I always provide an invoice at the time of payment. It includes all required legal and billing information, including names, mailing addresses, agreed terms, and project details, so it can be used for your and my accounting and reporting purposes.

Should reference tracks be limited exclusively to your original tracks or can I provide any track as a reference?

You are welcome to provide any reference tracks, whether they are from my existing catalog or from other composers or artists. These will simply be used as stylistic or tonal guidance.
